The property was on the market for about a month following the end of the previous tenancy. The owner liked the tenants’ well-established profile and negotiations over the terms and conditions went smoothly.
A transaction on May 4, 2024 saw an office lot at the nearby Naza Tower, also in Platinum Park, with a built-up size of 6,845.8 sq ft leased at RM48,607, reflecting a price of RM7.10 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
As of beginning of September, based on *11 rental listings on EdgeProp for office units at MOF Inc Tower, the average asking monthly rate was RM50,351.18 or RM6.82 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 sq ft.
