The buyers also noted that freehold units in the area were limited. Furthermore, the property was priced at about RM200,000 below market. The property’s cul-de-sac location, peaceful surroundings, low traffic volume within a gated-and-guarded community were also positive factors. The property was sold just after two days on the market. The previous owner was selling the property to purchase another home.
A transaction on Oct 20, 2022 saw a terrace house at Taman Gasing Indah with a land size of 1,625 sq ft sold at RM790,000, reflecting a price of RM486.15 psf (source: EPIQ).
As of the beginning of September, based on *25 sale listings on EdgeProp of terrace homes at Taman Gasing Indah, the average asking price was RM1,177,120 or RM733.62 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 1,500 to 2,750 sq ft.
