Fututech changes name to Kerjaya Prospek

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 22): Construction firm Fututech Bhd has changed its name to Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the group said it received today the certificate of incorporation on change of company's name, dated Jan 21, 2016.

"With effect from Jan 21, the company's name has been changed to Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd," it said.

Fututech shares closed four sen or 2.29% lower at RM1.71 today, for a market capitalisation of RM160.5 million.

It saw 153,000 shares traded today compared to its 200-day average volume of 67,729. -- theedgemarkets.com
