Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor had last week filed two applications before the High Court, one to nullify proceedings of her trial, where she has been called to enter her defence, and the other is to challenge the appointment of Sri Ram as the lead prosecutor.
The court also ruled that no act of bankruptcy has occurred yet, which means that Najib is not yet a bankrupt.
The High Court had allowed an application from IRB lawyers for a judgment in default of appearance.
The 1MDB-Tanore trial was slated to continue today for two days before Justice Collin Lawrence Sequerah. Najib and his team of lawyers were supposed to wrap up arguments in his SRC appeal on May 6 at the Court of Appeal in Putrajaya.

Selangor again recorded the highest number of new infections at 750, whereas Kelantan came in second with 484 cases and Sarawak in third at 432.
Sarawak came in second with 615 positive cases, followed by Kelantan (343 cases), Johor (309) and Kuala Lumpur (254).
Cumulative positive cases in the country rose from 372,959 to 390,252 over the period.
