PR1MA submits RM8.1 bil strategic investment proposal to QIA

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the Qatari government had agreed for QIA to hold further discussions with PR1MA, particularly in providing more affordable housing for Keluarga Malaysia (the Malaysian Family). 

SOCSO paid RM1.4b in compensation involving industrial accidents in 2021

Head of prevention, medical and rehabilitation division Dr Azlan Darus said that for 2021, SOCSO’s interim data recorded a total of 61,447 accident cases, whereby 36,794 cases involved industrial accidents, with almost 700 deaths and a further 24,683 cases were accidents during commuting to the workplace.

ECRL project owner MRL issues RM350m bond

According to the Bond and Sukuk Information Exchange (BIX) website, the IMTN will pay a semi-annual coupon rate of 3.48%, with the first coupon payment date targeted for Sept 29, 2022, while the last coupon payment date will be March 29, 2027.

Seacera in JV with Mlabs unit to develop holiday villas worth RM156m GDV in Terengganu

In a bourse filing, Seacera said it on Friday (March 25) entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with Ikhlas via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Seacera Builders Sdn Bhd (SBSB). Ikhlas was in August last year granted sole, exclusive rights by Ribuan Bakat Sdn Bhd to develop several plots of freehold Malay Reserve Land totalling 30.17 acres that Ribuan Bakat owns.
