In a filing with Bursa Malaysia Friday, the group said it has also entered into a joint venture agreement with STN to develop the 21.7-hectare land in Kuala Muda.

The project is under Mitsui Fudosan’s Malaysian subsidiary MFBBCC Retail Mall Sdn Bhd, which is a project company established with UDA Holdings Bhd, Eco World Development Group Bhd and Employees Provident Fund Board.
