Najib said the country had acquired at least three new pieces of evidence on the matter which led to the Cabinet at that time to appeal the decision on Pulau Batu Puteh.

The three exceptional withdrawals have left 73% or nearly three quarters of members in a serious state of having inadequate funds to retire above the poverty line.
