This Lucky Draw ("Promotion") is organized by The Edge Property Sdn Bhd ("EdgeProp Malaysia"). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these T&Cs and any amendments. EdgeProp Malaysia’s decisions on all matters are final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
Open to residents of Malaysia, aged 18 or older. Residents must have a permanent address/residence within active distribution zones of EdgeProp Malaysia’s monthly newspaper.
The Promotion begins on 7th March, 2026 and ends on 10th May, 2026. Entries outside this period will be disqualified.
Participants must subscribe to EdgeProp Malaysia’s monthly newspaper within the dates specified above. A maximum of 1 entry per person is allowed. Using multiple identities to enter will result in disqualification.
The prize(s) are a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro. 3 pairs will be given away, with each winning participant receiving one pair. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a prize is unavailable, EdgeProp Malaysia reserves the right to substitute it with another item of equal value.
Winners will be selected via a Random Draw on 1st June, 2026. Winners will be notified via Email and WhatsApp within 3 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.
