KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 3): Ex-prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak (pictured) is unhappy about Education Minister Maszlee Malik’s plan to include the 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) saga as part of schools’ history lessons.

“There is a time and place for politics, not in schools.

“Don’t make use of our young children, don’t jeopardise their future,” Najib wrote on his Facebook.

He also added this as part of the same posting: “I think that before long, Maszlee himself will enter the history books”.

"I can give you my assurance that the 1MDB issue will be included in Malaysian history so that the future generations will not repeat it,” Maszlee said in Parliament earlier today.
