KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 6): Former finance minister Lim Guan Eng will be charged in Kuala Lumpur tomorrow and in Penang next Monday for graft involving the Penang Undersea Tunnel project.

He is also to face separate charges in Penang on Tuesday, involving another case, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) announced this evening.
