Setia Alamsari to unveil starter homes collection tomorrow

SHAH ALAM (Aug 22): S P Setia Bhd will host a preview of its upcoming phase called the Starter Homes Collection at Setia Alamsari, Kajang on Saturday, Aug 23 (Saturday) from 12pm to 5pm.

Gracing the event will be actress, TV host, model, and successful entrepreneur Neelofa.

Setia Alamsari is a 775-acre freehold township “designed for families who value comfort, connection, and community”, stated S P Setia in media release.

The freehold township is connected to highways such as the North-South Expressway, Kajang–Seremban Highway (Lekas), and Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), offering accessibility to Kuala Lumpur.

Nearby amenities include Kajang Hospital, KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital, German-Malaysian Institute, and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

The Starter Homes Collection forms part of the mature township, which has a total gross development value (GDV) of RM5.4 billion. The series will comprise affordable, double-storey landed homes with features like 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a 10-foot private rear garden.

Phase 1 will be soft launched tomorrow with 60 units, while Phase 2 (71 units) is targeted to be unveiled in early 2026. The series has a total GDV of RM93 million and is scheduled to be fully completed by 2Q2028.

“The units will be spacious and family-oriented. We are targeting first-time homebuyers, young couples, and upgraders who are vying for landed homes. We are confident that this series will perform well and will capitalise on our thriving township of Setia Alamsari in Kajang,” added Koh.

Setia Alamsari comprises residential developments including super-link homes, linked semi-detached houses, bungalows, shop lots and commercial lands. The masterplan is divided into eight thematic zones, with distinctive verdant landscaping. Setia Alamsari targets a total of 10,000 units and a population of 40,000 residents upon completion.
