Mitraland announces series of partnerships for Novva Nexus office tower in Gravit8, Klang

• Scheduled for launch in November 2025, the 28-storey Novva Nexus office tower has a gross development value of RM129 million.

KLANG (Sept 4): Mitraland Group has partnered with Colony Coworking Space, Anytime Fitness and Sports Arena to provide services for its Novva Nexus office tower project in Klang, Selangor.

Scheduled for launch in November 2025, the 28-storey Novva Nexus office tower has a gross development value of RM129 million.

It will be the first phase of Novva @ Gravit8, a 4.78-acre mixed-use development that integrates residences, office spaces and a sports hub within the Gravit8 township in south of Klang.

In a memorandum of understanding signing ceremony on Thursday, the three partners outlined their contributions.

Colony Coworking Space will deliver coworking solutions and event venues, Anytime Fitness will operate a full-service fitness centre, and Sports Arena (under the Lavis Group of Companies) will provide recreational facilities including badminton, futsal and pickleball courts. 

All these will be located on Level 8, the dedicated facilities deck of Novva Nexus.

According to Mitraland Group chief operating officer Tan Chee Hoaw, Novva Nexus will be Klang’s first Grade-A office tower upon its launch.

“Novva Nexus is more than just Klang’s first Grade A office tower. It is designed to set a new benchmark for future-ready workplaces. It will be the new business address of choice in Klang,” said Tan during the signing ceremony. “By collaborating with Colony Coworking Space, Anytime Fitness and Sports Arena, we are creating a holistic environment where work, wellness and community converge.”

Tan also noted that Novva Nexus will pursue a GreenRE certification.
