KOTA KEMUNING (Jan 9): Tropicana Aman, the 863-acre township by Tropicana Corp Bhd, recently hit three key milestones.

Hana Residences, the final residential phase of Tropicana Aman, recorded a 100% take-up, early completion, and an 85% Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) score, stated Tropicana Corp in a media release.

All 130 homeowners were invited for the early delivery of vacant possession of the 2- and 3-storey semi-detached and bungalow units. Positioned as a high-end and premium signature development, Hana Residences is located on a 27.94-acre landbank featuring modern smart homes, dedicated security within a gated-and-guarded township. Each unit possesses a built-up area ranging between 4,004 and 9,052 sq ft with high ceilings and large windows overlooking a garden or lake.

The township features good connectivity profile, with proximity to major routes including LKSA, ELITE, NKVE, Kesas, SKVE, Federal Highway, and the West Coast Expressway.

Tropicana Corp managing director, marketing & sales and business development Ixora Ang, said: “Since 2012, Tropicana envisioned a sustainable and wholesome township for the Kota Kemuning community. This 12-year-in-the-making Tropicana Aman masterplan rolled out its first phase in 2015, recording a 100% sold within a year. This was followed by other successful residential phases, commercial developments, an 85-acre central park with a 7km walking and biking trail, as well as private and public schools.”

“Today, we are very pleased to continue the success story of Tropicana Aman with the early completion of Hana Residences. These exquisite premium homes with a lake and garden view also achieved an impressive QLASSIC score of 85%, underlining our ongoing commitment to Redefining the Art of Living while Connecting Communities, and Forging Futures,” she added.

Launched in 2022, all units within Hana Residences will have 4+1 bedrooms, 5+1 bedrooms, and 7+1 bedrooms with a minimum of three car park spaces.

The development offers a gated-and-guarded community, 24-hour security patrol, a perimeter boundary fence equipped with CCTV, as well as a visitor management system.

Residents will have access to a BBQ area, reflexology garden, trellis gazebo, amphitheatre, children’s playground, and outdoor gymnasium within the vicinity.

“Connections to Tropicana Aman’s growing community are fostered through multiple entrance points and spacious boulevards with integrated landscaping,” stated Tropicana Corp.
