
JOHOR BAHRU (Feb 13): UDA Holdings Bhd has handed over keys to more than 70 buyers of its UDA Heights landed residential project in Bandar UDA Utama, Johor, two months ahead of schedule.
UDA Heights offers six-bedroom, six-bathroom bungalows and five-bedroom, six-bathroom semi-detached houses. The 80ft by 90ft bungalows are priced from RM2.2 million, while the 50ft by 70ft semidees are priced from RM1.7 million. The project is 80% sold.
In the press statement on Friday, acting president and CEO Azrudyn Rashid said UDA remains committed to delivering quality developments aligned with market needs and affordability, particularly in Johor.

To date in Johor, UDA through UDA Land (South) Sdn Bhd has developed nearly 9,000 residential and commercial units, with more than 70% of buyers being Bumiputeras.
UDA is also planning to launch three new projects in Bandar UDA Utama this year, including Residensi Monstera (townhouses) and UDA Amarylis Plot 1 and Plot 2 (double-storey terraced houses).
