KUALA LUMPUR (March 9): Mah Sing Group Bhd’s M Aspira serviced residence project in Taman Desa is nearly 85% sold, as the developer hosted a Chinese New Year open house at the project’s sales gallery on Saturday (March 7).
Founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the strong take-up reflects buyers’ confidence in the quality, strategic location, and accessibility of the M Series developments.
“Through events like this festive open house, we hope to welcome more prospective homeowners to experience M Aspira first hand and discover the value it offers,” he said in a statement.
Leong added that the group achieved its highest sales in a decade, reaching RM2.51 billion in FY2025.
“This milestone reflects the continued demand for well-located, quality developments and the trust that homebuyers place in the brand,” he said.
Looking ahead, he said 2026 is set to be another active year as the group rolls out a pipeline of new launches following its land banking efforts in 2025, during which it acquired six strategic land parcels.
“The group remains committed to securing more strategic land opportunities to support long-term growth and deliver quality homes and developments for communities,” he added.
The open house featured a lion dance performance, a magic show, and a Chinese orchestra performance. Singer Crystal Liew Yen Yen also performed a song themed around the Year of the Horse.
M Aspira sits on a 3.7-acre site with a gross development value of RM850 million. It comprises two blocks of serviced residences offering two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, with built-ups ranging from 706 to 1,006 sq ft.
Mah Sing also plans to construct a new ingress and egress road linking Jalan Desa and the Kuala Lumpur–Seremban Highway exit slip road to improve access.
Mah Sing is running its “Grab Your Dream Home” sales campaign until March 31, 2026, giving homebuyers the chance to win prizes, including a home as the grand prize.
Customers who complete their unit purchases during the campaign period are eligible for two online lucky draws, with the first draw held in November 2025 and the second scheduled for mid-May 2026.
The campaign covers selected units across Mah Sing’s portfolio, including M Aspira in Taman Desa, M Nova in Kepong, M Azura in Setapak, M Legasi in Semenyih, M Terra in Puchong, M Aria in Sentul, M Sinar @ Southville City in Bangi, M Grand Minori and M Minori in Johor Bahru, Meridin East in Pasir Gudang, and M Tiara in Skudai, Johor.
The initiative targets well-located developments across key growth corridors, giving homebuyers the opportunity to secure a Mah Sing property and a chance at exclusive rewards.
