
PETALING JAYA (March 11): GAP Estate, a property agency specialising in industrial real estate, recorded its highest gross development value (GDV) to date, achieving RM885 million in sales in 2025.
In a statement, the group said the milestone reflects the agency’s continued growth and strengthening presence in Malaysia’s industrial property market.
Looking ahead, the agency said it aims to achieve RM2 billion in GDV for 2026, continuing its focus on industrial property sales and strategic expansion in the Malaysian market.
The achievement was highlighted during GAP Estate’s Annual Dinner on Feb 6, at Copper Mansion, Sungai Long. The event, hosted by founder Andy Teoh Kok Boon and director Esther Eng Pek Xan, brought together team members to recognise individual and team contributions over the year.
During the evening, GAP Estate honoured its Top Sales performers for 2025. Steven Kah Wei Shern was named Top Sales Champion 2025, with Ella Ng See Yun as first runner-up and Eason Jee Yik Sang as second runner-up.
For the Top Achievers of 2025, the Champion title was also awarded to Steven Kah Wei Shern, followed by Feelture Gan Cong Siong as first runner-up and Kay Yap Kein Yin as second runner-up.
The Rising Star of the Year 2025 awards were presented to Marcus Tan Keak Chee (Male Category) and Yyan Chang Pei Yeng (Female Category).
Kay and Feelture also won the GHMDA while Andy and Steven won the GMDA.
GAP Book of Records
Beyond transactions, GAP Estate provides one-stop solutions for factory purchasers, including financing solutions of up to 190% loan coverage, business matching services, support for public-listed companies, and advisory related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) requirements.
The agency also highlighted notable milestones under its internal “GAP Book of Records”, recognising exceptional individual performances.
1. Vincent Chong — Closed seven factory transactions within three days
2. Andy Teoh — Closed two factories via WhatsApp; achieved 60 factory transactions over 18 months (personal sales); recorded the fastest factory deal at two hours from advertisement to booking
3. Steven Kah Wei Shern — Recorded the highest single transaction value at RM33.3 million and closed six factories in a single deal.
4. Ella Ng — Closed 11 factory transactions within one month
5. Eason Ng — Achieved four consecutive factory sales over four straight days
6. Daniel Yong — Closed a factory deal via phone within three weeks of joining as a newcomer
7. Kher — Secured two land transactions worth RM10.3 million during a first presentation.
