PETALING JAYA (May 12): Glomac Bhd has unveiled 16 Legacy, an intimate collection of 16 two-storey semi-detached homes within its Saujana Rawang township in Selangor, with a total gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM21 million.

Priced from RM1.2 million per unit, it said in its statement yesterday that 16 Legacy is positioned as a low-density residential enclave targeting multigenerational families seeking space, privacy and long-term liveability.

"16 Legacy represents a deliberate step forward in how we shape our residential offerings," said Glomac group managing director and CEO Datuk Seri FD Iskandar.

“With only 16 homes, this is an intentionally low-density development that prioritises space, privacy and long-term liveability," he added.

The homes feature a dual frontage concept for enhanced natural light and ventilation, an open-plan layout, and a dedicated flexi space adaptable as a study, guest room or family area.

Set within a private crescent inside the broader Saujana Rawang masterplan, 16 Legacy is positioned along a lakeside environment.

The township is accessible via the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, the Kuala LumpurKuala Selangor Expressway (Latar) and the North–South Expressway (NSE), with proximity to the Rawang KTM station.
