PETALING JAYA (May 22): Tropicana Corp Bhd has launched its Live+ campaign, an enhanced e-lucky draw programme offering homeownership incentives and prize offerings across selected developments nationwide.

In a statement today, the group said the campaign will run across three consecutive seasons ending on June 30, Sept 30 and Dec 31, 2026, with one winner selected each season for the campaign's seasonal prize category.

Purchasers who complete their signings within the stipulated campaign period will receive multiple entries, increasing their chances of winning.    

"As we move beyond the festive period into the next three quarters, we are pleased to continue giving back to our purchasers with meaningful rewards through the Live+ campaign." said Tropicana managing director of marketing, sales and business development Ixora Ang.

“In today's challenging economic climate, we aim to make homeownership more accessible through enhanced savings and returns.

“What makes Live+ all the more exciting is that there will be a lucky winner from each participating project, who will receive substantial homeownership savings," Ang added.

Campaign prizes

Prizes under the campaign include a luxury travel experience at Tropicana Cenang in Langkawi, a one-year exclusive golf membership at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort and a premium wellness AI massage chair.

Separately, one purchaser from each selected Tropicana development will receive 50% homeownership savings on their property purchase under the campaign's grand prize category.

The campaign also includes financing and ownership-related incentives such as the Maybank MyDeco facility, the Easy Payment Scheme, absorption of legal fees and stamp duties, as well as referral rewards of up to RM80,000. Selected projects will additionally offer furnishing solutions in collaboration with The Makeover Guys and Signature Kitchen.

Participating projects

Participating projects under the seasonal prize category include developments in Kota Kemuning, Puncak Alam, Langkawi, Subang Jaya, Tropicana Indah, Genting Highlands and Johor Bahru.

The grand prize category includes Avisa Residences at Tropicana Alam, Clarissa Serviced Suites at Tropicana Cenang, SouthPlace 2 Residences at Tropicana Metropark, Breeze Hill Service Apartments at Tropicana Avalon and Fraser Heights at Tropicana Uplands, with one winner to be selected from each of these participating projects.
