PETALING JAYA (July 4): Crescendo Corp Bhd has announced that the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) for the disposal of land by its wholly-owned subsidiary Panoramic Industrial Development Sdn Bhd to Microsoft Payments (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has become unconditional.

In a filing yesterday, Crescendo referred to its earlier announcements dated Jan 27, 2025 and Aug 18, 2025, and said that all conditions precedent set out in the SPA have been duly fulfilled. As a result, the SPA became unconditional yesterday, in accordance with its terms and conditions.

The brief announcement did not provide additional details on the land, consideration or completion timeline, noting that all terms used carry the meanings defined in the SPA and earlier filings.
