ERA Malaysia marks 6th anniversary with ‘Unity in Diversity’ celebration and MOU

JOHOR BAHRU (Sept 25): ERA Malaysia celebrated its 6th anniversary under the theme “Unity in Diversity”, with the tagline “Growing Together, Building One ERA.”

The celebration brought together ERA leaders, team members, business partners, industry representatives and distinguished guests to commemorate six years of growth, collaboration and shared achievements.

The milestone celebration reflected ERA Malaysia’s journey of building a stronger and more connected organisation through its people, partnerships and collective efforts.

Over the past six years, ERA Malaysia has continued to expand its network while bringing together individuals and teams with diverse experiences, talents and perspectives towards a shared vision.

A key highlight of the celebration was the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony, involving representatives from 10 ERA branches across Malaysia — Sarawak, Melaka, Klang, Ipoh, Puchong, Penang, Taman Desa, Bangi, Shah Alam and Setiawangsa.

The MOU marked another step forward in strengthening collaboration, creating new business opportunities and fostering closer connections across the ERA Malaysia network. The event also witnessed the appointment of three key management positions, further strengthening ERA Malaysia’s leadership and strategic direction.

Sr Lim Boon Ping was appointed as chief learning officer, Ethan Leong as chief growth officer, and Simon Yio as strategic advisor. Their appointments reinforce ERA Malaysia’s commitment to leadership development, organisational growth and long-term progress.

Adding to the significance of the celebration was the recognition of ERA team members through the presentation of 3-Year and 5-Year Service Awards.

The awards acknowledged individuals who have reached these important milestones and recognized their dedication, loyalty and contributions throughout ERA Malaysia’s journey.

Reflecting on the organisation’s six-year journey, Tai Eefan, CEO of ERA Malaysia, expressed his appreciation for how far ERA Malaysia has come — from starting with one branch to growing into a wider network across Malaysia.

He highlighted that such progress was made possible through the dedication, commitment and collective efforts of ERA leaders, team members, business partners and supporters.

From one branch to many, the journey reflects what can be achieved when people come together with a shared vision and purpose.

The celebration was further honoured by the presence of Doris Ong, deputy CEO of ERA Singapore, who joined ERA Malaysia in commemorating the milestone and witnessed the MOU signing ceremony.

Her presence highlighted the strong relationship and continued collaboration between ERA Malaysia and ERA Singapore.

The theme “Unity in Diversity” represents ERA Malaysia’s belief that different experiences, perspectives and strengths can come together to build a stronger organisation.

As ERA Malaysia enters its seventh year, the anniversary marks a new chapter of growth, collaboration and opportunity.
