PETALING JAYA (July 22): Property consortium, Tropicana Corp Bhd, unveiled Tropicana Aman’s 12,000 sq ft property gallery in Shah Alam, today. The brand new property gallery covers more than 12 acres on Tropicana Aman’s 863-acre township development.
“Since the launch of Arahsia Residences, the first phase of Tropicana Aman in May 2015, we have received an overwhelming response, recording a 100% take up, with a long waiting list. All of the 432 units of link homes are fully taken up. Arahsia Residences has a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM342 million," said Tropicana’s non-executive deputy chairman, Datuk Mohamad Norza Zakaria, in his speech at the unveiling event. The second phase of the development will be launched in August 2015.
He explained that the gallery took three months to complete, and will provide guests a complete Tropicana experience. The new gallery is set to function as Tropicana Aman’s satellite office. Its lounge-like design also features a play zone for children, and an open-space concept to host private events.
According to Zakaria, Tropicana Aman is Tropicana Corp’s biggest township development in Malaysia, worth an estimated RM13 billion. “It is also our first foray into Shah Alam. We are pleased to expand our brand and introduce our Tropicana DNA to the growing region of Shah Alam,” he added.
In conjunction with the opening of Tropicana Aman’s property gallery, the developer will be hosting a 12km fun ride for its purchasers, registrants and the public on Aug 1, 2015.
