KUALA LUMPUR: TSR Capital Bhd has secured a RM80 million contract from the government to build part of National Space Centre in Banting, Selangor.
TSR Capital said on Sept 28 its unit TSR Bina Sdn Bhd had accepted the government’s letter for the proposed construction of Phase 3A, Space Technology Facility of the centre.
"The contract is expected to be completed by April 11, 2011 that is within 18 months from the date of site possession," it said.
The contract includes the excavation of earthworks, construction of buildings, the related mechanical & electrical works and infrastructure works.
TSR Capital expects the contract to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets in the financial year ending 2009, 2010 and 2011.
