Hua Yang Bhd will be unveiling its garden-inspired urban residences — Astetica Residences — which is located next to the Mines Shopping Mall. Datuk Joey Yap will be there to give a feng shui talk to the public and there will also be a Bazi express reading as well as fun activities.
