This will help ensure fairer prices and not give sole discretion to developers.
Under the agreement, a 25% deposit of RM3 million is to be paid to TDM upon execution of the sale and purchase agreement while the 75% balance is to be paid to the company's solicitors as stakeholder upon completion of the land transfer to LTAW.
“The company will make the appropriate announcement to Bursa Malaysia in a timely manner in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of the bourse, as and when necessary.”
MRL said the joint operation arrangement is purely the sharing of management, operation and maintenance (MOM) costs plus the exchange of technical know-how and expertise between the two companies.
