Justice Mohamed Zaini Mazlan made the offer to lawyers today, as he is also the presiding judge in Rosmah’s first corruption trial relating to the RM1.25 billion solar hybrid project for rural schools in Sarawak. 

The vote ended with 111 MPs in favour and 108 MPs against the passing of the budget. One MP was absent out of the 220 members. The 111 votes represent a simple majority.

The government is seeking to recover 263 pieces of branded handbags, 40 pieces of branded watches, 27 pairs of branded shoes, cash in various denominations including some RM725,000, 26 Nissan Urvan vehicles, and a Nissan X-Trail.
