Opposition Member of Parliament Datuk Wira Mas Ermieyati Samsudin (PN-Masjid Tanah) on Wednesday raised concerns over investments totalling more than RM600 million by government-linked company Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd.

Steel manufacturer Ann Joo Resources Bhd (KL:ANNJOO) said it is acquiring the remaining 45% equity interest in Konsortia Etiqa Sdn Bhd (KESB), the owner of 437 acres of industrial land in Kedah, for RM96 million.

Bina Puri Holdings Bhd (KL:BPURI) said the company is appealing against the summary judgment obtained by Wisma Majujaya Sdn Bhd in the RM28.17 million suit filed against it, its wholly owned unit Bina Puri Properties Sdn Bhd, and deputy executive chairman Tan Sri Tee Hock Seng.

A joint venture (JV) between Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd (KL:FAJAR) and Avionics Pty Ltd has secured a RM131.6 million contract from the Australian Department of Defence that expands their scope of works in the redevelopment of military facilities located at the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) base in Butterworth, Penang.

Senheng New Retail Bhd (KL:SENHENG) is disposing of a piece of freehold industrial vacant land in Tebrau, Johor, measuring 1.041ha for RM11.21 million cash.

Ge-Shen Corp Bhd (KL:GESHEN) is to sell Johor Bahru land measuring 4.61 acres in aggregate, with an office, a warehouse, and a factory built atop, for RM35 million in cash.

The listing offers investors up to 30% stake in the company, which made a net profit of RM46.02 million on revenue of RM200.81 million in the financial year ended Dec 31, 2023.

This tour, which will be held on Feb 15 and 16, will centre around the theme of “Augmentic — Synergy of Augmentation in Architecture”. 

The dispute pertains to Vienna Advantage’s alleged failure to supply and implement enterprise resource planning and related services agreed upon under various agreements inked between July 2019 and November 2023. 

This came after Tiong converted warrants into 2.6 million shares or a 0.42% stake on Jan 28.
