Yesterday, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Special Functions) Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Md Yusof was reported to have said that Muhyiddin was expected to make a special announcement today.
Based on the government's target of having 80% of the population fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to achieve herd immunity, the country will need to have about 26 million people completing their two-dose vaccination.
