Sunsuria Bhd today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended Sept 30, 2025 (4Q), recording revenue of RM104.39 million and pre-tax profit (PBT) of RM16.11 million. In comparison, the group recorded revenue of RM152.11 million and PBT of RM14.74 million in the same quarter last year.

A three-member Court of Appeal bench ruled on Tuesday (Nov 25) that a pool, clubhouse, and two other land plots for a Tenaga Nasional Bhd (KL:TENAGA) substation and a proposed commercial building are the “common property” of a condominium complex in Langkawi, Kedah.

Eastern & Oriental Bhd (E&O) reported a stronger set of results for the second quarter ended Sept 30, 2025 (2Q2025), with net profit rising 65.3% to RM50.24 million from RM30.39 million a year earlier.

IJM Corp Bhd posted higher revenue for its second quarter, although net profit slipped due to softer contributions from its property development and port operations.

The National Disaster Management Agency (Nadma) attributed the recent flooding to a severe rainfall anomaly, noting that the unprecedented volume of water overwhelmed areas previously considered as low-risk.

The group recorded revenue of RM2.98 billion, representing a 31.9% increase from RM2.26 billion in the prior corresponding period. Gross profit rose 60.8% to RM555.9 million, with margins improving to 18.6% (9MFY24: 15.3%). Profit before tax (PBT) increased 19.4% to RM199.7 million.

UEM Sunrise Bhd delivered a steady performance for the nine months ended Sept 30, 2025, driven by stronger earnings and revenue momentum.

Johor-based property developer KSL Holdings Bhd (KL:KSL) reported a flat third-quarter net profit as higher cost of sales, administrative expenses and finance costs offset revenue growth.
