According to the 10MP report, about RM2.7 billion will be invested to build roads and rail leading to key ports and airports while logistic management will be improved to raise cargo transportation efficiency.

BEIJING: Chinese property prices in 70 cities rose 12.4% in May from a year earlier, down from a record 12.8% increase in the year to April, the National Bureau of Statistics reported on Thursday, June 10.

Property prices rose 0.2% month-on-month, compared with a 1.4% increase in April, the NBS said.

HONG KONG: Mainland house prices are expected to continue falling sharply in the coming months, analysts say.

The predictions come against a background of further measures expected from the central bank to curb the flow of credit to the market to contain demand and price growth.
