Tourism Ministry to demolish the unsafe arches at Botanic Gardens

PENANG: The Tourism Ministry is ready to demolish the two arches built near the entrance of the Penang Botanical Gardens if the technical report shows that they are unsafe. Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen said that according to the non-governmental organisation (NGO) report, there was a tilt on one of the two arches.

RMAF ready to shift from Sg Besi base

PETALING JAYA: The Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) was ready to shift its Sungai Besi airbase in Kuala Lumpur to enable the base to be developed as a commercial hub.
