SINGAPORE (March 15): Developers sold 977 private homes in February, more than double from 382 in January. The Clement Canopy was the only new project launched in the month.

The best-selling private project was The Clement Canopy that saw 207 sold at a median price of $1,343 psf. This was followed closely by Parc Riviera (200 units sold at a median price of $1,281 psf) and The Santorini (51 units at a median price of $1,041 psf).

In the executive condominium segment, 329 units were sold in February. Sol Acres topped the chart with 82 units sold at a median price of $782 psf. The Terrace trailed with 40 units sold at a median price of $790 psf, followed by The Visionaire with 39 units at $814 psf.
