KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 22): Retirement Fund (Inc), which is also known as Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP), said its service counters in Cyberjaya, Selangor, have been closed from today until Tuesday (Oct 27) following the government’s updated announcement on the conditional movement control order (CMCO) across Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya to curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to KWAP's statement yesterday, counter services that are temporarily suspended include cheque and cash payments and updates of pensioners’ details.

"Further updates on this matter will be provided from time to time,” KWAP said.

KWAP, however, said its call centres will continue to operate as usual and that a drop box for submission of documents will be available outside the service counters.
