KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 9): MK Land Holdings Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Solar Citra Sdn Bhd (SCSB) has been selected to be a solar power producer under the Corporate Green Power Programme (CGPP), with an allocated export capacity of nearly 30 megawatts (MW).

In a bourse filing, the property developer said a consortium comprising SCSB and Total Energies Renewables SAS has met the criteria in the information guide for CGPP for the development of a 29.99 MW photovoltaic plant in Kulim, Kedah for commercial operation in 2025.

MK Land’s shares price closed down one sen or 0.74% at RM1.34 on Wednesday (Aug 9), giving the goup a market capitalisation of RM786 million.
