KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 20): EUPE Corp Bhd (KL:EUPE) announced that its Est8 @ Seputeh, a serviced residential development with a gross development value of RM658 million that is located in Kuala Lumpur, is 99% sold.

In the project’s topping-out ceremony on Wednesday, EUPE group managing director Datuk Beh Huck Lee shared that the project is on track for completion in May 2026.

“Topping out Est8 is a symbolic and structural achievement. But more than that, we think it represents the future that cities like Kuala Lumpur need to build smarter, greener, more artfully and [be] meaningfully connected to people’s lives,” Beh told the press on Wednesday.
