KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 26): Alpha Galaxy Sdn Bhd officially launched the final phase of its Galaxy Avenue commercial development in Puncak Alam, Selangor.

According to a press statement issued on Tuesday, the phase, Parcel C, comprises 49 shoplots with built-up sizes ranging from 2,908 to 3,706 sq ft and priced between RM2.09 million and RM3.87 million.

As part of the bigger 166-acre Galaxy Exchange master plan, Parcel C is the final phase of Galaxy Avenue, where its Parcels A, B and D were fully sold.

“Parcel C is the grand finale of Galaxy Avenue, and with only 49 units available—including 25 premium main-road facing lots—demand is expected to be exceptionally strong,” said Alpha Galaxy general manager of sales and marketing Vincent Eyu in the statement.

He added that the development is positioned to attract high-visibility tenants in retail, F&B and services, supported by a strong surrounding catchment area. Parcel C is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2027.
