Majestic Gen chief executive officer Datuk Hoo Kim See commented on the positive take-up: “The strong response since our soft launch shows that families are looking for homes that balance practicality, design, and long-term value. Majestic Yu has been carefully planned to meet these needs, while contributing to Seremban’s transformation into a thriving city of choice.”

The statement highlighted that the project has drawn strong interest from local families, young upgraders and households from the southern areas of Kuala Lumpur.

Majestic Yu is located about three km away from the Seremban town centre. Some amenities nearby Majestic Yu include Palm Mall Oasis Business Centre, Kemayan Square and Seremban Gateway. The development is also within close proximity to the KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital.

The development is situated adjacent to the North-South Highway, and offers direct access to the Seremban Inner Ring Road.
