KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 6): KHK Land and Bell Textron Inc have signed a joint marketing agreement on Oct 3, to introduce helicopter connectivity at Anyara Hills, making it the first residential township in Malaysia to offer such a service.

The partnership integrates a dedicated helipad within the 584-acre luxury development in Semenyih, Selangor, located about 25 minutes from Kuala Lumpur.

“Time is the most valuable resource for our current and future residents. Through this collaboration with Bell, we aim to showcase how Anyara Hills offers seamless connectivity across Peninsular Malaysia, all while delivering an extraordinary living experience nestled against the backdrop of one of the world’s oldest rainforests,” said KHK Land executive director Datuk Indera Reeno Kong.

Bell Asia-Pacific managing director David Sale said, “We are excited to work with KHK Land to demonstrate how Bell helicopters can enhance the living experience at Anyara Hills by providing greater connectivity for both personal and business needs.”

The collaboration will include joint marketing activities, curated showcases and lifestyle experiences.

Anyara Hills is the flagship project of KHK Land, the real estate arm of KHK Group, founded in 2016 by Tan Sri Kong Hon Kong. The development is marketed as a high-end township combining privacy, sustainability and natural surroundings adjacent to Banjaran Titiwangsa.

Bell Textron is a wholly owned subsidiary of US-based Textron Inc, with operations globally.
