“When I first started, my focus was on apartment rentals, it was the easiest entry point for a rookie to learn the ropes, meet clients quickly, and build confidence. Those early days taught me the importance of responsiveness, attention to detail, and building trust fast,” he recalled.

“My accountability comes from monthly reviews, I look at what’s working, what’s not, and make quick adjustments. This habit keeps me on track and ensures that I’m always moving toward my goals instead of waiting until the end of the year-end to find out I’m behind,” he explained.
