KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 17): OSK Property, the property arm of the OSK Holdings Bhd (KL:OSK), has unveiled Bayu68, the first commercial development within its 1,717-acre township OSK Iringan Bayu in Seremban.
“Bayu68 is a natural next step in OSK Iringan Bayu’s growth, bringing together businesses, lifestyle offerings and services that will elevate the living experience of the community. This is more than a commercial space; it is about creating opportunities and fostering a thriving local economy,” said OSK Property CEO Ong Ghee Bin in a press statement on Nov 15.
The project has a gross development value of RM78.1 million and will comprise 68 commercial units featuring single- and double-storey shop offices ranging from 1,650 sq ft to 6,203 sq ft. Units are priced from RM650,000.
Bayu68, which sits on 7.019 acres, will offer a mix of main road and Forest Park-fronting units, designed to attract both local businesses and lifestyle tenants. Located along Jalan Iringan Bayu, the development offers prime visibility, direct access to the newly completed Forest Park and seamless connectivity within the township.

The shop offices feature flexible layouts with hackable walls, full-glass facades for maximum visibility and alfresco spaces suited for F&B and retail use.
A total of 368 parking bays are provided, including four EV charging bays.
OSK Iringan Bayu, launched in 2017, has grown from 770 acres to 1,717 acres. To date, the township has delivered close to 3,500 homes with almost 70% currently occupied. This translates into a catchment of nearly 10,000 residents, providing an immediate market for businesses operating within Bayu68.
