KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 26): Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd (KL:KERJAYA) on Wednesday reported a 24% rise in third-quarter net profit, as revenue improved on increased progress of construction work activities.

Net profit for the three months ended Sept 30, 2025 (3QFY2025) rose to RM57.44 million from RM46.09 million a year earlier, according to the group's exchange filing.

Earnings per share increased to 4.57 sen from 3.65 sen.

Quarterly revenue increased 12.16% year-on-year to RM566.25 million from RM504.84 million.

Despite the stronger earnings, the group declared a lower third interim dividend of three sen per share, as against seven sen per share (including a four sen special dividend) a year earlier.

The latest dividend, payable on Dec 26, brings year-to-date dividend payout to nine sen per share compared with 12 sen per share previously.

Kerjaya Prospek said its outstanding construction order book amounted to RM3.6 billion as at Sept 30.

For the remainder of the year, the group said it will monitor market conditions and implement measures to mitigate operational and financial risks arising from challenges such as ringgit volatility, skilled manpower shortages and escalating material costs.
