KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 1): The Exchange TRX management has confirmed that a water leakage incident at the shopping mall occurred last Friday due to a pipe issue.

In a statement on Monday, The Exchange TRX clarified that the localised leakage happened at approximately 6.30pm near the Concourse Level corridor.

“Our team attended to the matter promptly, completing the necessary repairs and ensuring the area was secured and cleaned within 15 minutes.

“The safety and comfort of our visitors remain our priority, and we continue to uphold strict maintenance standards across all our facilities,” it said.

Earlier, a video circulated on social media showing water leaking from the ceiling along a walkway inside the shopping mall, prompting security personnel to cordon off the affected area.
