SHAH ALAM (Dec 30): S P Setia Bhd has launched Setia SV2 located at Lorong Slim, Jelutong on Nov 16, 2025.
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM343 million, the 34-storey, low-density development offers 268 units on a 2.3-acre freehold parcel within the mature and well-connected township of Jelutong, Penang.
