KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 15): Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd (KL:KERJAYA), which targets RM2 billion in order book replenishment for 2026, said its subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd has secured its first contract for 2026 worth RM201.25 million from Greencove Sdn Bhd for a mixed development in Damansara Damai.
This marks the group’s second contract for the project, following an RM18.5 million site clearance and on-site detention pond works job awarded in October 2024.
Greencove is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd (KL:KPPROP), in which Kerjaya Prospek Group’s major shareholder and non-executive chairman, Datuk Seri Tee Eng Ho, together with his wife Datin Seri Toh Siew Chuon and brother Datuk Tee Eng Seng, are shareholders and directors.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the contract covers two blocks of 39-storey apartment units, car park podium and commercial space. Work is to start on April 1, 2026 and be completed within 40 months.
Kerjaya Prospek Group chief executive officer and executive director Tee Eng Tiong said in a separate statement its first construction win for 2026 lifts its total outstanding order book to RM4.4 billion.
“Looking ahead, we will continue to diversify our project mix beyond residential construction into higher-growth segments such as data centres and industrial developments. We are confident that Kerjaya is well positioned to capture these opportunities, underpinned by our strong balance sheet, extensive construction expertise and long-standing partnerships with reputable developers,” he said.
The company said the contract was accepted in the ordinary course of business and on an arm’s length basis under normal commercial terms no more favourable than those available to the public. It is expected to provide additional revenue to the group over the next four years.
Kerjaya Prospek Group’s share price closed unchanged at RM2.71 a share at Thursday's noon market break, with a market capitalisation of RM3.43 billion. In the last one year, the company’s share price appreciated 20.98%.
