KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 19): Teladan Group Bhd (KL:TELADAN) has launched the Bukit Intan Commercial Centre in Seremban, marking its first project outside its home base of Melaka.
According to a press release Monday (Jan 19), the freehold commercial development signals the group’s strategic expansion into higher-growth markets beyond its traditional footprint.
Located within Greater Klang Valley, the development is accessible via the North-South Expressway and positioned to serve the growing commercial demand in Negeri Sembilan.
The state is gaining traction as an emerging economic hub, driven by long-term frameworks including Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0) and the Negeri Sembilan Development Plan 2045 (RPNS 2045).

Bukit Intan Commercial Centre is designed to accommodate a range of uses, including retail, food and beverage, services, and offices, catering to Seremban’s evolving urban landscape.
“The launch of Bukit Intan Commercial Centre represents an important step for Teladan as we expand beyond Melaka for the first time,” said chief executive officer Allan Ngu.
“From layout efficiency to tenant mix considerations, the project has been carefully structured to support long-term operational resilience and adaptability in an evolving commercial landscape,” Ngu said.
He added that the development was planned with long-term commercial viability and accessibility in mind, and is expected to support Seremban’s continued urban growth.
