KUALA LUMPUR (March 2): KSL Holdings Bhd (KL:KSL) has unveiled its flagship 1,026-acre Riveria Garden township development in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of over RM15 billion.
According to a statement on Monday, Riveria Garden marks the group’s largest township development to date and is expected to secure its long-term growth trajectory over the next 15 to 20 years.
KSL said the masterplan, which is located within Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), significantly expands its development portfolio in Johor.
“Riveria Garden marks a milestone for Iskandar Puteri, introducing a nature-inspired, self-sustained township that supports the regional ambitions of the JS-SEZ… Having achieved RM1.35 billion in property sales in FY2025, our robust group-wide pipeline now supports a RM1.6 billion sales benchmark for FY2026. The Riveria Garden masterplan elevates KSL to a new scale and raises our long-term growth visibility,” said KSL executive director Ms Khoo Lee Feng in the statement.

The township will be rolled out in phases, beginning with an inaugural 100-acre precinct in 2026 carrying a GDV of RM2.03 billion.
Phase 1 will comprise 1,074 landed residences, including 530 double-storey terrace homes under the Aluna series measuring 20ft by 70ft and 544 double-storey cluster homes under the Elora series measuring 32ft by 70ft.
The inaugural phase will also include 2,160 serviced apartments and 82 retail units across the Riverhaus and Riverpoint commercial precincts.
Riveria Garden will also feature a signature riverfront landscaped park and a RM20 million wellness clubhouse as part of its nature-centric township design.
KSL said connectivity to the township will be enhanced by the March 2026 completion of the Sultan Ismail and Kota Iskandar Highway interchange, providing access to the Iskandar Coastal Highway and placing the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link (CIQ) within a 10- to 15-minute drive.
