PETALING JAYA (April 15): Property developers IJM Land Bhd and Amona Group have secured a second wave of tenant signings at Enlace Shoppes, the retail component of Enlace at Pantai Sentral Park, bringing leasing commitments to 25% of the development's total retail space.
The joint venture partners said commitments are projected to reach 40% by end-2026, advancing towards approximately 80% occupancy by the development's targeted opening in 2029, said IJM Land in a media statement on Tuesday.
Enlace Shoppes is part of the broader Pantai Sentral Park master plan, a 58-acre forest urban township in Kuala Lumpur integrating residential, retail and lifestyle components within a pedestrian-friendly environment.
The development sits adjacent to the 252-acre Bukit Kerinchi Forest Reserve, and has access to major highways, with proximity to Bangsar and Petaling Jaya.

Its retail concept centres on a signature forest dining experience, featuring F&B outlets along tree-canopied walkways with open-air communal spaces.
The latest wave of tenant signings is driven predominantly by F&B and lifestyle operators. Confirmed tenants include ZUS Coffee, myNEWS, RT Pastry, GOKUGOKU Natural Smoothie, Wild Sheep Chase, Eg's Wok Kitchen, VickedGood, HOM Coffee Signature, Chat Hei Claypot, My Rasa Nyonya, Mayangs Cafe, MiMi Guksu, Baker's Barn Bakery & Cafe, Diciasette F&B Management, and The Gooey Cookies.
"The 25% leasing commitment we have achieved reflects strong underlying demand within the commercial property sector for well-curated, experience-led retail environments," said IJM Land CEO Datuk Tony Ling.
"Occupiers are becoming more selective, prioritising developments with strong fundamentals, integrated ecosystems, and consistent footfall," he said.
Looking ahead, the developers said they are preparing for the next phase of residential offerings with the upcoming launch of Enlace Suites II, and registration is open for potential buyers.
