PETALING JAYA (April 23): Ng Chan Mau & Co (NCM Co) is set to host its sixth Auction Carnival and third consecutive annual instalment of the "Jelajah Harta Tanah Malaysia" series on April 28 (Tuesday) at Megan Avenue 2, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, from 10am to 5pm.
According to its media statement, this year's edition adopts a nationwide theme in support of Tourism Malaysia's Visit Malaysia (VM) 2026 campaign, combining property, automotive, and art auctions with a lifestyle carnival experience.
The one-day event will showcase a diverse range of property listings across Malaysia, comprising both bank auction and owner auction listings across residential, commercial, and other asset classes, with participation from more than 10 financial institutions.
Client advisers will be available on site throughout the event to assist buyers in identifying investment opportunities, as well as to support property owners exploring asset disposal through auction.

In line with the Cuti-Cuti Malaysia initiative, bidders stand to win prizes including 5-star hotel staycation packages and tickets to local attractions.
Hundreds of properties below market value are listed for bidding nationwide.
Beyond the auction floor, visitors can look forward to financial services booths, retail and lifestyle vendors, local F&B offerings, batik painting experiences, traditional costume rentals and a meet-and-greet session with VM2026 mascots Manja and Wira.
Live performances will be held during auction intermissions.
The carnival continues the following day with a dedicated Art Auction on April 29 at 12.30pm, presented by lapan Art Auction, featuring over 20 original artworks from emerging and established Malaysian artists.
Viewing is available at the NCM Co Auction Hall at Megan Avenue 2, open Monday to Friday.
