PETALING JAYA (May 21): Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has sold industrial land within its MVV City development to logistics firm Golog Holdings Sdn Bhd to incorporate cold chain infrastructure into the Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0) corridor, reinforcing the region's emergence as an integrated industrial and logistics hub.
The transaction supports Matrix Concepts' broader strategy to attract strategic industrial and logistics players into MVV City as part of its long-term vision to build a future-ready and commercially competitive industrial ecosystem within the region, according to a statement.
Both parties mutually agreed not to disclose the transacted price and detailed transaction structure at this time.
Golog's entry is expected to introduce cold chain infrastructure capabilities into MVV City, supporting rising demand for temperature-controlled storage, warehousing and distribution solutions across sectors including food processing, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, logistics and import-export trade.
Matrix Concepts said the integration of cold chain infrastructure will further enhance MVV TechValley's competitiveness as a strategic industrial and logistics hub as global supply chains continue to evolve and businesses increasingly seek resilient, connected and future-ready industrial destinations in Southeast Asia.
The addition of Golog's cold chain capabilities marks another step towards creating a more complete industrial ecosystem that integrates infrastructure, logistics readiness, business support facilities and connectivity into a single platform designed to support long-term industrial growth, it added.
The transaction follows a memorandum of understanding signed between Matrix Concepts and Golog in October 2025 to jointly develop the China-Malaysia Air Silk Road Dual Hub Industrial Park in MVV TechValley spanning 618 acres across three phases, with an estimated gross development value of RM8 billion.

Backed by Golog's strategic cooperation with China Henan Aviation Group Co Ltd and Sichuan Huashi Group Corp Ltd, the collaboration is expected to enhance regional logistics capabilities and strengthen cross-border supply chain connectivity.
MVV City is jointly developed by Matrix Concepts and the Negeri Sembilan state government through NS Corp.
Spanning 2,382 acres, the development is the first integrated township within the MVV 2.0 corridor, comprising 1,000 acres of industrial land, over 15,000 homes and 174 acres of commercial and institutional space, with a total gross development value of RM15 billion targeted over the next 12 years.
Strategically located within the Seremban-MVV growth corridor, MVV City offers connectivity through major highways, proximity to Kuala Lumpur International Airport and access to Port Klang, making it attractive for manufacturing, logistics and export-oriented industries.
Matrix Concepts said Golog's establishment in MVV City reflects growing investor confidence in the township's long-term industrial potential as Malaysia continues to benefit from shifting regional supply chains, increasing Asean trade flows and rising demand for operationally efficient industrial ecosystems.
