PETALING JAYA (June 25): EcoBuilt Holdings Bhd said it foresees the possibility of a delay in issuing its annual report for the financial period ended Feb 28, 2026 by June 30, 2026, the deadline stipulated under Paragraph 9.23(1) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd’s Main Market Listing Requirements.

The annual report includes the audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports.

The company said in a Bursa filing yesterday that under Paragraph 9.28(5), if it fails to issue the FY2026 annual report within five market days after June 30 — by July 7, 2026 — Bursa Securities shall suspend trading in its securities, in addition to any enforcement action it may take.

The suspension would take effect on July 8, 2026 and would be uplifted on the market day following the issuance of the annual report and financial statements, unless otherwise determined by Bursa Securities.

EcoBuilt also said that under Paragraph 9.28(6), if it fails to announce/issue the outstanding FY2026 annual report within six months from the expiry of the relevant timeframe, Bursa Securities shall commence de-listing procedures against the company.

The board said the delay is due to additional time needed to finalise and complete the audited financial statements for the financial period ended Feb 28, 2026. EcoBuilt said it expects to issue and submit its FY2026 annual report together with the audited financial statements on or before July 7, 2026.
