PETALING JAYA (July 7): The Roof Realty Sdn Bhd (TRR) recorded a gross sales value (GSV) of RM19.78 billion from 53,626 property transactions in 2025, generating RM445 million in commission income. The company said this marked its highest annual transaction volume and GSV on record.

The company said the achievement was recognised by ASIARecords.com.

The results were celebrated at its 2026 Annual 626 Gala themed “Throne of Glory”, where TRR honoured its agents, leadership and business partners.

Founder and group managing director Datuk Wira Nicholas Yap said the company aims to sustain its momentum in 2026 by leveraging early adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) to strengthen its market position.

According to National Property information Centre (Napic) data cited by Yap, Malaysia recorded more than 400,000 property transactions in 2025, which he said underscored the scale of opportunities in the market.

“Will those transactions belong to us? This is a thriving market. This is our era. As long as we continue to seize the opportunities before us, I have no doubt that in 2026 we will break another record,” he said.

Branch director Ivan Chong said 2025 presented both opportunities and challenges, including the rollout of mandatory e-invoicing and compliance requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

He said the agency maintained full compliance while continuing to invest in agent development, including training in industrial and land transactions, AI tools, Xiaohongshu (XHS), the REN Empowerment Programme and team-building initiatives.

Chong also highlighted the agency’s corporate social responsibility efforts during its incentive trip to Sapa, Vietnam, which included contributions to a children’s home and a RM23,000 donation to a local school.

Meanwhile, branch director Jerry See said TRR is integrating AI into its operations through an internally developed WhatsApp Personal Assistant, aimed at improving agents’ access to operational information, administrative support and marketing resources.

“AI can support the repeated process. But people build people,” he said.

The gala also saw the introduction of the Legacy Trophy — a 24-karat gold championship trophy that will permanently feature the names of the agency’s annual Top 1 Sales Champions.
